Johnson Evinrude 1989-92 20" Lower Unit 40 48 50 HP 2 Cylinder 1 YEAR WARRANTY

This specific lower unit is in excellent condition. It was removed from a freshwater engine.  This does come with the trim tab. The intake screens are intact with no signs of cracking. The driveshaft has 14 splines and the propeller shaft has 13 splines. From the top of the water pump, the driveshaft measures approximately 19-1/2". We have stripped the unit of paint and added primer to have it ready for a fresh coat! We have also added a skeggard to the unit, to protect it from any futuyre damage. There is some minor pitting on the bearing carrier and propeller shaft, but this will not affect the overall performance. We also noticed a few small chips around the edge of the cavitation plate, but this will not affect anything. Please note that due to shipping restricitons we have drained the unit of oil and this will need to be re-added prior to installation. Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty on every lower unit, you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit. Purchase with confidence!
