This lower unit is in good used condition and we have taken the time to professionally inspect this lower unit. Upon our inspection, this unit shifts and spins smoothly with no binding.  The driveshaft splines have light wear and the prop shaft is straight.  The gears and clutch are in pretty good condition with slight reverse clutch wear.  There are holes drilled for a previous planing fin. This unit has been fully resealed, pressure checked, and a new impeller installed. There are some chips and paint scuffs and scratches and pitting in the skeg and on the lower unit- see pics.  This does included the trim tab and anode.   Please refer to the photos to verify what is included in this listing and the condition these parts are in prior to ordering.  Please note that we cannot ship our lower units with oil in them, so this will need to be done prior to use! This unit comes with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY. Purchase with confidence!

To obtain the 1 YEAR warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit 1 YEAR warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the 1 YEAR warranty will not be valid. 

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 YEAR warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
