This is a 2016 Evinrude E-TEC G2 250 HP, a freshwater motor that was running before the lower unit was damaged. The powerhead is extremely clean with no damage to the motor. It does not include controls.
The one thing standing between this motor and the water is the lower unit — the housing has a hole in the side that exposed the pinion gear and is unrepairable. The buyer will need to source a replacement lower unit to finish the motor.

The lower unit will need to be replaced. There is a hole in the side of the housing that exposed the pinion gear, and the housing is unrepairable in its condition. Please plan on sourcing a replacement lower unit.
The cowlings are in great shape. There is very light scratching that is hardly noticeable, along with a few minor decal scratches and slight peeling in a couple spots. Overall the motor is extremely clean with no damage.
