This forward gear was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. We have taken the time to professionally clean and inspect this part. Upon our inspection, we noticed some minor pitting, but this will not affect the performance. There are no cracks or breaks. The teeth and splines on this gear is in great condition. This is designed for motors that have a 1.87:1 gear ratio. This will come exactly as pictured. There is nothing stopping this from making an excellent replacement for your motor!
