This listing is for a Chrysler Lower Unit. This item was removed form a freshwater engine and is in good condition for a used lower unit. The paint on this unit looks a little rough, but this will not effect the performance of this item. The cavitation plate is in good condition, but the skeg is broken as you can see in the pictures provided. The drive shaft measures from the top of the impeller housing to the top of the driveshaft at 23 1/8in. The driveshaft spline count is 15 and the propshaft count is 18. This unit was drained and is free of any metal or water in the gear housing. The unit was pressure tested and is going to need a shift rod reseal. The unit was also tested to make sure it was shifting in and out of gear properly and it was.
