Chrysler Lower Unit 55 60 HP Long Shaft Serial Number 4231

For sale is a good, used lower unitforChrysler 55/60 HPengines. We removed this from model number 609HA and the serial number is 4231. This is a long shaft lower unit. The paint on this unit is kind of rough, but with a new paint job, will make a great replacement unit for your engine. The skegdoes have some chipsas you can see in the pictures. The unit was drained and is free of any metal or water in the gear housing. The unit was pressure tested and is going to need a drive shaft reseal prior to use. The unit was also tested to make sure it was shifting in and out of gear properly and it was. This would make an excellent replacement for your outboard.
