This specific lower unit is in excellent condition. The paint is not perfect but this is entirely cosmetic. There are not any cracks or breaks whatsoever. This does come with the propeller and hardware. From the top of the water pump, the driveshaft measures approximately 22" long and has 14 splines. Spins and shifts smoothly, holds pressure and shaft is straight. Driveshaft splines have slight wear. Oil was milky. Unit is guaranteed to need a reseal but did pressure check. Please refer to photos in order to verify what exactly is included in this listing and to insure that you are ordering the correct part for your boating needs.
