This Johnson Evinrude timer base was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. There are 4 wires coming off of the timer base; 2 white with black tracers and 2 black with white tracers. All the wires have ring terminals on the end. All wires are in good condition. There may be some scuffs and scratches here and there, but that can be expected with any used part. This does come with the ring. Also, please note that this is an original OEM part, not an aftermarket brand. Purchase with confidence! At this time, we are able to bench test this item.
