This is a new takeoff lower unit from a shop project that was never completed. This unit is a new takeoff, meaning it was installed but has never been in the water. As such, please note that there are various scuffs and scratches from storage. Please be sure to check the oil levels prior to use. Driveshaft measurement (from top of the waterpump to end of shaft): 19" Driveshaft Splines: 14 Propeller Shaft Splines: 13 We will provide a return label to send in your core lower unit. The core validates the 1 year warranty. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A CORE, you will have a standard 30 day warranty.
Core Requirements:
You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit one year warranty. One copy is for your records and the other copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. You are responsible for returning the paperwork with your core. The one warranty ONLY covers the mechanical aspects of the lower unit. We have a 30-day return policy for all circumstances. |
