There are some paint scratches and chips, but this is purely cosmetic and will not affect the performance of this part. The cable is cut and will need to be replaced. Please refer to the photos to verify both the condition and the contents of this listing. As always, remember this is an original Mercury part and not an aftermarket! This will make a great replacement for your outboard to get you back boating! Also, please note that we DO NOT accept returns for our hood cowlings.
