• This tiller handle was removed from a freshwater engine and is in great condition.
• There are some scuffs and scratches here and there but nothing that will affect the performance.
• The wiring protector is cracked but will not affect performance.
• This does come with the cables and they both move freely like they should.
• The grip is a little tore up, please see photos
• The kill wire has been cut
• The paint is in good shape with only minor scuffs and scratches.
• This will come exactly as pictured and will make a great replacement!
