• This tiller handle was removed from a freshwater 1986 25 HP engine and is in great used condition.
• There are some scuffs and scratches here and there but nothing that will affect the performance.
• The wires are in good condition, are not cut, burnt or broken. 
• This does come with the cables and they are in good condition
• The paint has some minor scuffs and scratches.
• This will come exactly as pictured and will make a great replacement!
