• This was removed from a freshwater engine.
• The paint does have chips and scratches in it but this does not affect performance or integrity.
• The recoil string does pulls smoothly with no problems. 
• The lever is broken, please see photos.
• As seen in the photos the handle has been replaced.
• One of the coils is missing the lead.
• This will make a great replacement for your outboard.

This part is sold with a 1 year working warranty.  If the part does not work, we will replace it.
