This propeller is in great condition and is considered to be a new take off. This is because the propeller was installed for testing purposes in a test tank at the factory, but never ran in an actual body of water. We removed the item from the original package because the box was damaged. With this being said, there may be some minor defects in the props such as scuffs, scratches, and dirt. As seen in the pictures, there is some rust, but nothing that will affect performance. Purchase with confidence!

Please note that this propeller is missing the hub assembly kit!
