This was removed from a freshwater engine. There is no wobble when laid flat, meaning this has not been overheated or warped. All of the valves are seating good and could not see any light shining through the valve seats. Please note that we have removed the gasket material and this will need to be replaced prior to use.
The motor came in with the water jackets filled with hard water built up and an exhaust leak from stripped out manifold inserts causing the compression and leak test to fail. We have cleaned the jackets and have not included the exhaust manifold because of this issue. There is no scoring in the cylinder wall and you are able to see the cross hatching so the cylinders have not been honed. There seems to be nothing wrong with this engine block. Just add a new head gasket, polish, and put it back into the water.
