| Additional Info | This crankshaft is in overall great condition. When removing this crankshaft we broke one ring, this will need a new oiler gear. All of the journals and bearing surfaces have been cleaned and polished to show any defects. There are none present. The splines and threads are in good condition, as well as the keyway. This would make a wonderful replacement for your outboard. We now use a mulitiple step process to clean and polish these crankshafts, including vibratory polishing with several diffrent medias, polishing and powder blasting. This helps in the inspection of the journals and bearing surfaces. We take pride in selling parts that are like new and in great usable condition. With this specific crankshaft, Mercury cross-referenced it to far. You will see the part number 8745A5 with and without an oiling gear. The crankshaft you are purchasing is an oiling crankshaft but does not have the oiling gear. Please note that we will not accept returns for this item.
