This powerhead is in great condition and ready for install. This was taken to a former marina that we had bought out for a rebuild. The marina accessed the powerhead and noticed a small growl in the motor. They replaced the crankshaft bearings and rings and the powerhead ran just fine. Upon inspection, we did notice some surface cracking on one of the spark plug lead wires, but this will not affect anything. This is missing the front air intake, as pictured. The carburetors on this powerhead are stamped with WME-58, making this a 60 HP powerhead. The carburetors will most likely need rebuilt from sitting for some time, but this is easily enough to do. We always recommend replacing the spark plugs with new before running as well. This will need a new base gasket. This will come exactly as pictured and will make a great replacement!

Can be disassembled
If an issue arises with the powerhead inside of 1 year, we will pay to return the entire dressed powerhead and replace it. If an issue arises with an electronic item, we will send a replacement and provide assistance with changing the part.

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. If it does not, you will be contacted and granted a 30 day warranty. This motor is built as the 60 HP. While it will fit the other horsepowers, it is designed as the 60 HP. Because this is a fully dressed powerhead, it will mount up to any of the listed horsepowers from 1991-2006.
