This was removed from a freshwater engine. We have taken the time to professionally inspect this part. Upon inspection, we did notice some minor scuffs and scratches, but nothing that will affect the performance. This does come with the internal bearing and it spins freely as it should. All the threads are in great shape and are not damaged in any way. This will come exactly as pictured and will make a great replacement!
