  • This Mercury Optimax midsection is in good used condition, removed from a freshwater setup, and is ready for installation on your engine.
  • This unit was removed from a 225 HP 3.0L Optimax  20" freshwater setup.  
  • Please note that this is a Long housing and from top to bottom, it measures approximately 18" high. 
  • There are some scuffs and scratches in the paint, but this is entirely cosmetic and does not affect performance or integrity.
  • There are not any cracks or breaks.
  • Please note that during our cleaning process all old gaskets have been removed and will need to be replaced prior to use. 
  • Please refer to the photos to verify what is included in this listing and the condition it is in prior to ordering.
