• We've opened the bowls to ensure that everything is in clean, working condition.

• These are used carbs. 
• I can't tell you how long they sat on the engine before they came here and I generally can't tell you how long they sat here before I got to them.  Like I said before, we cleaned them and advise a rebuild.  All of the parts are guaranteed to be there and in usable condition.
