Please note that during our cleaning process all gasket material has been removed and will need to be replaced prior to use. There are some scuffs and scratches in the paint, but nothing that will affect the overall performance. Please note that this does not come with the tiller handle. This does come with the thumb screws. This will make a great replacement! |
