• This limiter was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition.
• The wires show no signs of being cut burnt or spliced.
• The epoxy on the backside of the limiter is also in great shape and shows no signs of being overheated.
• This will make a great replacement for your outboard.

At this time, we are unable to bench test this item.
