This does have cosmetic flaws in the paint, such as scratches and scuffs in the paint, but this is purely cosmetic. This does come with the trim tab. There are 15 splines on the propeller shaft and 13 splines on the driveshaft. All of the splines are in excellent condition. The shafts on the unit are straight. We did perform a pressure check on this, and everything held. It does shift in and out of gear smoothly. We are listing this lower unit for as-is because we can no longer order the propeller shaft seal.

Since we have this listed for an as-is lower unit, we will not be accepting returns on this lower unit. Please confirm closely that this is the correct one for your motor prior to purchasing. 

Due to shipping restrictions, lower unit are shipped empty. Every lower unit requires new oil to be installed when you receive it.
