The paint is in good condition, with only minor blemishes and scratches. This does come with the exhaust tube. There are not any chips or cracks on this part. Please note that all gaskets have been removed and will need to be replaced prior to use. Please note that this does not come with the rubber mounts or the covers. This will make a great replacement and is ready for your outboard! Please note that we will not accept returns for this item.
