• This carburetor is a clean take-off carb. 
• We've opened the bowls to ensure that everything is in clean, working condition.
• It is sold as-is. 
• As with any used carburetor, you may need to rebuild it prior to use.  Anyone who tells you otherwise, on ebay or anywhere else, is lying to you.  These are used carbs.  I can't tell you how long they sat on the engine before they came here and I generally can't tell you how long they sat here before I got to them. 
• Like I said before, we cleaned them and advise a rebuild.  All of the parts are guaranteed to be there and in usable condition.
• You will get everything that is pictured
• Scuffs and scratches from normal use will not affect performance
