This propeller is in great condition and is considered to be a new take off. This is because the propeller was installed for testing purposes in a test tank at the factory, but never ran in an actual body of water. With this being said, there may be some minor defects in the props such as scuffs, scratches, and dirt. Purchase with confidence!
