• This swivel bracket assembly is in good used condition and was removed from a 2001 9.9 HP freshwater engine.
• Upon inspection we did not find any cracks or breaks.
• This does show signs of wear from normal use and age.
• The paint is scratched and rubbed in areas, but this will not affect performance.
• The rubber on the handle has some damage and is still fully functional
• The threads on the tilt tube are in good condition as well.
• This will come with everything that is pictured.
