• This mercury steering parts are in good working condition.
• This no feedback system will come with everything that is in the pictures.
• Upon inspection, we did not notice any cracks or breaks.
• The teeth portion on the racks are in good condition with no signs of chipping.
• The wheel measures about 1 foot across and does need an ajustment on one of the parts-see pictures.
• Please refer to the pictures for exact listing details and to insure that you are ordering the correct part for your boating needs. 
• There is nothing stopping this from making a great replacemet for your motor!
