This Yamaha lower unit was removed from a freshwater engine and is in great condition. From the top of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft, it measures approximately 19-1/4" long and has 20 splines. The propeller shaft 15 splines. All the splines are in great condition and are not damaged in any way. The propeller shaft is bent and will need to be replaced. The intake screens are in perfect shape as well. The unit has been drained of oil and will need to be added prior to installation.

6 month mechanical warranty
To obtain the 6 month warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:
Core must be of rebuildable quality
Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
Warranty begins from date of purchase
Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts
Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 6 month warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit 6 month warranty. One copy is for your records and the other copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the 6 month warranty will not be valid. You are responsible for returning the paperwork with your core. The 6 month warranty ONLY covers the mechanical aspects of the lower unit. We have a 30-day return policy for all circumstances.
