All of the wires on the power pack are in excellent condition and are not cut, burnt, or broken. The epoxy is in like-new condition and is not melted or warped. There are not any cracks or breaks in the base of the power pack either. Purchase with confidence! With our electronics, we try to test them when the specs are available. At this time, we are unable to bench test this item. However, this does come with an automatic 1 year mechanical warranty.
