• There are 8 wires on this power pack. 
• Firve of the wires come together to form a 5-prong male sytle plug.
• The other three wires have ring terminals on the end. 
• There are no cut or burnt wires on this power pack.
• The wire covering has been split and shows the wires below - see pics
• The epoxy is in excellent shape and is not melted or warped.
• Also, please note that this is an OEM part, not an aftermarket brand.
•   This item would make a great replacement part for your outboard!
