DESCRIPTION:
Genuine MerCruiser OEM log-style cast iron combination intake and exhaust manifold. The factory casting used on every Rochester-era 4-cylinder MerCruiser sterndrive from 1968 through 1982, covering both the 2.5L (153 CID / 120 HP) and the 3.0L (181 CID / 140 HP) engines.

CONDITION:
- Used, cast iron log-style manifold from a freshwater engine
- Not cracked
- Minor rust inside and minor pitting in the casting consistent with age
- Not perfect, not new, but serviceable
- Gaskets removed — will need new gaskets before reinstall
- Comes exactly as pictured

FITMENT:
Fits every MerCruiser 4-cylinder sterndrive built with the Rochester 2-barrel carburetor from serial number 3332138 forward, 1968 through 1982. Both displacement variants share this same casting:
- MerCruiser 120 — 2.5L / 153 CID inline-4, 1968 through 1982
- MerCruiser 140 — 3.0L / 181 CID inline-4, 1968 through 1982
This is NOT the right manifold for:
- 1983 and newer 2.5L / 3.0L engines (MerCarb carburetor, different manifold — 99798A18 / 860235A03)
- Any 5-bolt Rochester setup with a serial number below 3332138 (earlier casting)
- Any V6 or V8 MerCruiser
If your engine runs a Rochester 2bbl with mechanical choke and your serial is 3332138 or higher, this is the correct manifold.
