This powerhead was removed from a 2005 60 HP 4-stroke freshwater motor with a bad lower unit.  Unfortunately, this product arrived undressed so we were unable to run a leakdown test on it.  As a result, we separated the head from the cylinder block and verified that there is no damage whatsoever to either part.

We have taken the time to professionally inspect this part.

This will come with the internal parts, but not the external components.
  • Professionally inspected
  • No scoring in the cylinders
  • Removed from a freshwater engine
  • Comes with everything pictured
  • Will need a head gasket
  • Paint is in excellent shape with only minor blemishes
  • Base gasket needs to be replaced

This will come exactly as pictured and will make a great replacement for your motor!
Fits:

2005 Johnson 50 60 70 HP 4 Cylinder 4-Stroke.  By the numbers, this also appears to be a replacement for a 2004-2009 Suzuki DF 60 and 70 HP 4 Stroke. However while the cylinder block and crankshaft will cross reference the cylinder head does not.
This may fit a few other years and HP's but our cross-referencing is limited for this part so you will need to match individual part numbers to the block, cylinder head, etc...or verify it with a certified BRP or Suzuki dealer.

We have provided this cross-reference with the resources we have available in regards to fitment. This most likely will not fit every model for the years and horsepowers we have listed.
