This Evinrude top center frame was removed from a freshwater engine. We have professionally inspected this part to guarantee it to be in good, working condition. Upon inspection, we did notice some minor fading, scratches, and scuffs, but this will not affect anything this is entirely cosmetic. There is one spot for an insert that is a little wore, please see pictures.  Purchase with confidence!
