There is no way to tell if a propeller is spun until it is installed. We are now offering a 6 month warranty on the hub. Should you have any problems within this time frame, we will simply refund/replace the item as necessary. If you order this incorrectly or change your mind within 45 days, you may return it with a 20% restocking fee, our original shipping charge, and shipping back to us.
