• This was removed from a freshwater Outboard engine.

• The button on the end of the handle is missing - see pics.
• There is a wire that has been cut and will need to be repaired/replaced - see pics
• There are scratches and scuffs in the paint, but nothing that will affect overall performance.
• This will come with everything that is in the pictures.
