As with any used carburetor, you will need to rebuild them prior to use.
I can't tell you how long they sat on the engine before they came here.

THE GASKETS WERE REMOVED DURING THE CLEANING PROCESS. YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE NEW GASKETS AND INSTALL THEM PRIOR TO USE

While these will fit a 25 HP, this was removed from a 28 HP engine and it will essentially change the horsepower to HP
