This powerhead is in good condition and ready for use. It was removed from a freshwater engine. When we recieved this powerhead, we did take the time to run a spark and compression test on this motor. The spark was bad so we went ahead and removed all of the electronics, leaving the powerhead and the internal pieces. We did removed the cylinder heads as well so we could get a visual inspection of the walls. When we did this there were no grooves and it was as smooth as can be! Please note that this powerhead will need new head gaskets as well as a new base gasket. There is nothing stopping this from making a great replacement for your motor! |
