This engine cover was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. This does have some scuffs and scratches here and there, but nothing that will affect the performance. There is a scuff on the side, please see pictures. There are not any cracks or breaks. The inner foam inside the hood is in excellent shape for it's age. This does come with everything pictured. This will make a great replacement for your outboard! Also, please note that we DO NOT accept returns for our hood cowlings.
