The carburetor is not locked up, and will need to have a new carburetor kit installed. Since this will need a new carburetor kit installed, we have this listed for parts or repair. With this being for parts or repair, we will not be accepting returns on this item. Because we have this listed for parts/repair, we cannot accept returns on this carburetor.
