• This Cylinder Head Cover was removed from a fresh water engine and is in good condition. 
• We have taken the time to professionally clean and inspect this part.
• Upon our inspection we found that the inside of the cylinder head cover has no wear, dings or damage.
• This does come with the bolts.
• This does lay flat with no wobbles.
• Please note that the gaskets have been removed and will need to be replaced.
• This will make a great replacement part for your outboard!
