New-Generally in the package when possible but due to shelf time, these packages and boxes are sometimes dirty. This empty gearcase housing is in great, new condition. There may be some very minor scratches from storage and moving, but this will not affect performance. This does not come with the trim tab or the drain plug, but this can be used from your current housing. This will make a great replacement for your motor!
