This lower unit is in excellent condition. We have taken the time to professionally inspect this lower unit. The skeg on this lower unit is in great shape it has a very minor chip in the paint. From the top of the water pump the driveshaft measures approximately 21-1/4" long. The driveshaft splines have little to no wear adn the propeller shaft is straight. The gears and clutch are in great condition with very slight clutch wear.  There are 20 splines on the top of the driveshaft and 15 on the propeller shaft. The intake screens are in great condition, with no signs of cracking. There are some scratches and scuffs in the paint, but this is purely cosmetic. Please note that this does not come with the propeller, or the propeller hardware or the trim tab. These things can be used from your current lower unit. This unit has a 2.38:1 gear ratio. Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty on this lower unit, you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit. This unit has been fully resealed and pressure checked and a new impeller has been installed. Purchase with confidence!

**Due to shipping restrictions, lower units are shipped empty. Every lower unit requires new oil to be installed when you receive it.

Criteria to validate your 1 year warranty:

• Core must be of equal or greater value
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit one year warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. 

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us, we would be happy to help!
