This unit shifts and spins smoothly. The propeller shaft splines are in good condition and the shaft is straight.  There are some light scuffs and scratches in the paint, but nothing that will affect the overall performance of this lower unit. Please note that this does not come with the trim tab. This does have a brand new OEM driveshaft and one new OEM bearing installed. This unit has been fully resealed with a new impeller installed. The front of the cavitation plate and the tip of the skeg have been ground down but this should not affect performance. This will make a great replacement part for your outboard! Purchase with confidence!

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot have missing parts 

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit one year warranty. One copy is for your records and the other copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. You are responsible for returning the paperwork with your core. The one warranty ONLY covers the mechanical aspects of the lower unit. We have a 30-day return policy for all circumstances.
