| Additional Info | This was removed from a freshwater engine. There are 16 splines on the driveshaft, and 15 splines on the propeller shaft. The driveshaft measures 19-1/2" inches from the top of the waterpump to the end of the shaft. The splines on the driveshaft are in great condition. Everything spins smoothly like it should. Please note that the driveshaft does have a slight wobble to it, meaning that it is slightly bent. Once replaced or straightened, this lower unit would work perfectly. We do recommend that you install a new seal kit and impeller prior to use, as well as add oil. Because we have this listed for parts or repair only, we virtually cannot accept returns on this lower unit. Please confirm closely that this is the correct one for your motor prior to purchasing. |
