This rebuildable powerhead was removed from a 2006 freshwater 225 HP Evinrude engine. This does comes with some hardware, as you can see in the pictures. This powerhead has been professionally inspected. The reason why we say that this powerhead is rebuildable because it does need some work. The number 6 cylinder needs to be resleeved. Also upon inspection, we noticed that the number 1 and number 3 cylinder needs to be honed over to at least .10 over. Other than that, this will make a great replacement after the work has been into it. |
