Suzuki 1998 & UP XL Lower Unit DF 100 115 140 HP 4 stroke Inline 4 1 YEAR WTY!

This Suzuki 25" lower unit was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. The paint is in overall good condition with minimal scratches and scuffs. There arenot any cracks or breaks. As seen in the pictures, this does not come with the trim tab. Along with resealing the lower unit, we have replaced the water pump housing, impeller, and cup as well. From the top of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft, it measures approximately 23-1/2" long and has 22 splines. The propeller shaft has 15 splines. The intake screens are in great shape and not damaged in any way. Due to shipping restrictions, we have drained the unit of oil and this will need to be added prior to installation. 

We do not take returns on incorrectly ordered items. This product is still covered by the mechanical warranty, offered in exchange for your core, that we have stated in the listing.

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts
  
  

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. When you receive your purchased lower unit, there will be installation paperwork included in the package. One copy of the paperwork must be signed returned with your core. If it does not, you will be contacted and granted a 30 day warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
