| Additional Info | This lower unit is in good shape. The paint is chipped, scuffed and scratched in areas, but these are cosmetic issues. The shafts on the unit are straight. The driveshaft has 17 splines, while the propeller shaft has 13 splines. This does have a 2:1 gear ratio. All of the splines are in great condition.This will need to be resealed and have a new impeller. This unit has been drained and will need oil put in prior to use. Please note that we have this listed for parts or repair. We have done this because it does have a broken skeg, please see pictures. Because we have this listed for parts or repair only, we virtually cannot accept returns on this lower unit. Please confirm closely that this is the correct one for your motor prior to purchasing. |
