When we opened this up, we noticed that the gears were in great condition. There are scuffs and scratches in the paint, but nothing that will affect performance and is very common in lower units. This does come with the trim tab. You will have to use your current propeller and propeller hardware. There is nothing stopping this lower unit from being a great replacement! Purcahse with confidence!
