All propellers start by being professionally cleaned and stripped of paint, if necessary. We do this so we can reveal any pitting, welding, or damage to the splines and blades. Propellers will come with hubs, unless otherwise stated. We have carefully inspected the rubber around the hub for cracks or breaking. As with any used part this item does display the normal, minor signs of previous use, but nothing that will affect the overall performance. Unlike our competitors, we DO NOT sell saltwater corroded parts. Our extensive cleaning and inspection process gives you the confidence for receiving a great freshwater part. There is no way to tell if a propeller is spun, but we do offer a 30 day hassle-free return.
